The Ekreon portal is provided for legitimate business communication, support and service administration.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website or portal to attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service availability, upload malware, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, probe security controls without permission, or use automated tools in a way that materially disrupts the service.
Attachments
Do not upload passwords, private keys or other secrets unless we have specifically asked for them through an approved secure process. Only upload material you are authorised to share.
Protective action
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or data, investigate misuse, comply with law or preserve service availability.
