Protecting Ekreon accounts
We use HTTPS, password hashing, secure session cookies, role-based permissions, private attachment storage, rate limiting, single-use password reset links and login auditing to help protect the portal.
Login monitoring
For security we may record successful and failed login attempts, IP addresses, browser/device information and approximate location when provided by our hosting environment. We do not store passwords in login logs.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or unauthorised access, please contact support@ekreongroup.com. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
